Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition in which you received them, unused, with the corresponding tags, and in the original packaging. Only if these conditions are met can we accept the returned items.

Please note: Exchanges/returns with collection at a CTT store are not accepted.

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Returns of underwear (panties, shapewear, or bras) are not accepted once the packaging has been opened, in accordance with Decree-Law 24/2014, Article 17, Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal, paragraph (e): “Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.”

Exchanges or returns of personalized items are not accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

14-day European Union cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with the corresponding tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you wish to make a return or cancellation, always contact our customer support first.

For exchanges or returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns due to defects
In the event of a defect, you must contact Sofico in advance. We will arrange transport of the item to our store as well as the reshipment of the item, at no cost to the customer.

Returns and order cancellation
The cancellation of an order must be made by email, always indicating your order number.

If payment has already been made, the cancellation must be requested as soon as possible.

The cancellation only becomes effective after a confirmation email has been sent by our store.

It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been dispatched.
