Shipping policy

Sofico uses courier services to ship your purchases to mainland Portugal, the islands, and the rest of the world.

Shipping costs are fixed and include packaging and transportation.

A tracking code will be provided together with the shipping confirmation, allowing you to track your order.

Delivery times for Portugal

Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days

Portugal Islands: 5 to 10 business days

International delivery times

Spain: 2 to 3 business days

Rest of Europe: 4 to 5 business days

Rest of the World: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping costs

Sofico offers free delivery in mainland Portugal for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, a fee of €5.50 will be charged.

For the Madeira and Azores islands, there is a fixed fee of €25, regardless of the purchase amount.

For Spain, there is a fixed fee of €8, regardless of the purchase amount.

For France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium, there is a fixed fee of €15, regardless of the purchase amount.

For the rest of Europe, there is a fixed fee of €25, regardless of the purchase amount.

For the UK, there is a fixed fee of €50, regardless of the purchase amount.

For the rest of the world, there is a fixed fee of €100, regardless of the purchase amount.
