General Information

1. Contact the online customer service department

You can contact our customer service department online using the form on our website contact page sofico.pt/pages/contactos, by email soficoprontoavestir@gmail.com or by calling 219 206 813 (call cost to a national landline) from Monday to Friday from 10am to 1:30pm and 3pm to 7:30pm, Saturday and holidays from 10am to 1:30pm and 3pm to 7pm.

2. Item prices

In Portugal, item prices are identical to those in the SOFICO store.

3. Defective items

At SOFICO, all items sold are in perfect condition. If you exceptionally receive a defective item, please contact our customer service department.

4. Incorrect articles

If you exceptionally receive an item that does not match what you ordered, you should contact our customer service department.

5. Dispute Management

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or to the following alternative consumer dispute resolution entities:

6. How to Order

6.1. To order from sofico.pt, the user must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups to take advantage of all the browsing features of the online store. Placing an order on sofico.pt is easy:

  1. Find the products you want to purchase;
  2. View item information, including description, composition and photographs;
  3. Choose the color and size and click “Add to Cart”, you can continue choosing more items or complete the purchase;
  4. When you have all the items you want in your cart, checkout;
  5. Select payment option;
  6. Review your order;
  7. Select one of the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro, PayPal and MBway;
  8. Proceed with payment and confirm the order;
  9. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is confirmed when you select the "Confirm Payment" (Checkout) button at the end of the purchase process. When SOFICO receives your order, a message with your order number and all its details will appear on the screen. The purchase agreement is finalized at this point.

By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

An order confirmation will be sent to your email. We suggest you print or download this copy for future reference. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order, even after automatic confirmation. By submitting the order form, you accept the general purchase conditions, as well as other conditions found at www.sofico.pt, described here, including the general terms and conditions of use.

SOFICO may not process orders if orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products ordered are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the sales contract has not been concluded and that we will not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons. If the products listed in the online store sofico.pt are no longer available at the time of your last visit or when SOFICO receives the order, SOFICO must inform you of their unavailability within 3 business days of receiving the order. If an order and payment were made for products that are no longer available, SOFICO will refund the amount paid for the unavailable items.

6.2. Right to not accept the order or cancel the purchase
SOFICO reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us) in the following situations (among others), exempt from liability for any damages or costs:
  • The product is no longer available/in stock (payments will be refunded);
  • Billing information is not correct or verifiable;
  • The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
  • The transfer for payment of the order was not received by us within a period of 5 days after acceptance of your order.
7. Payments
7.1. Payment methods

Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro PayPal and MBway.

7.2. Secure payment

Data collection is done using the most technologically advanced encryption systems (SSL). We also use VeriSign to ensure the protection of your data.

7.3. Card declined

The card may be declined for several reasons, including: the card is expired; the card limit has been exceeded; the data entered is incorrect.

8. Submissions
8.1. Home delivery

We can only deliver an order if the delivery address is a home or office located in the Municipality of Sintra.
To receive your order, you must ensure someone is at the delivery address. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options, so delivery will be made without prior contact from the carrier. We cannot guarantee this delivery time during promotions, sales, outlets, Christmas, or out-of-stock periods.

A delivery is considered to have been made or a product is considered to have been delivered upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address indicated by the customer in the order.

8.2. Delivery Times

If you confirm your order on a business day before 12pm and make payment, your order will be shipped the next business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
SOFICO will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any obligation due to a force majeure event, that is, an event, act, or omission beyond its reasonable control. We will attempt to deliver on time, to the extent commercially reasonable. We always do this as a rule; however, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

8.3. Inspection upon delivery

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. SOFICO will refund the amount paid for the order and shipping once the warehouse receives and completes the return process.
Any complaint regarding non-receipt of an order must be made within 30 days from the date of order placement. After this period, SOFICO cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced items.

9. Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you received, you have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to return the products ordered to SOFICO. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags.

When you communicate your intention to return an item, you can choose to receive a refund using the same payment method or receive a voucher to use on a future purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and place a new, independent order, taking advantage of the item's price and availability on the date of the new purchase.

9.1. Exchange of Defective Items

If you wish to exchange a defective item, the customer must contact us using the form on the contact page of our website sofico.pt or by email, soficoprontoavestir@gmail.com , if you find that the delivered items are defective or do not conform to what was ordered. Exchanges can be made within 15 days from the date of receipt. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags.

10. Returns

10.1. Return of offers

It is not possible to return or exchange one or more gifted items. In this case, to exchange or return the item, you must contact the person who purchased it so they can process the return or exchange according to the conditions described in Returning Products Due to Cancellation.

10.2. Return of defective products

Customers should contact us using the form on the contact page of our website sofico.pt/pages/contactos or by email at soficoprontoavestir@gmail.com if they find that the items delivered are defective or do not match the order. Exchanges or returns can be made within 15 days from the date of receipt. Customers must keep the item's identification tag.

SOFICO will analyze the returned product and inform the customer of their right to a refund within 15 business days. If your complaint is justified, the refund may be made in the same way as the initial payment or via a voucher to be used later at SOFICO online.

10.3. Return of products due to withdrawal

The Customer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without needing to provide any reason. The period for exercising the right of free termination expires 14 days from the day after the day you receive the product.

In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must communicate to SOFICO your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post to the address:

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right to free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.

10.4. Effects of free resolution

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the order, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping method offered by SOFICO), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which SOFICO is informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract, provided that you have already returned the item(s).

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.

SOFICO may withhold reimbursement until you have received the returned goods.

10.5. The right to return and free termination of the contract only occurs if:
  • The products have not been washed or worn (unless the product contains information to the contrary, the customer has the right to try on the clothes
  • The product maintains its original characteristics
  • The product has the original label
10.6. You may not return:
  • Products that have been adulterated.
10.7. To return the item

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product(s), in the same condition as purchased and with the tag attached. If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us. Access your order history in your personal account, click "Return," select the item(s) to be returned, and choose the refund method.

You can choose to:

  • Request a refund of the amount previously paid using the same payment method
  • Request a SOFICO voucher for the amount previously paid

After you have informed us of your intention to exercise the right to Free Withdrawal of the Contract for the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return the items in question.

The refund period will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the items are received at the above address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
